Albert Gustav Barbkneckt, born July 28, 1878 in Flederborn, Pommern, Germany. Father was Eduard Rudolf Barbkneckt, and mother was Wilhelmine Anna Albertina Drews.
Wilhelmine Anna Wegner, born December 28, 1885 in Raymond, Kandiyohi County Minnesota. Father was Wilhelm Julius Wegner, and mother was Bertha Emma Kropp.

In June of 1905, before their marrage, Albert was living in Raymond. They were married on November 25, 1905 in Saint John's Lutheran Church, Raymond, Kandiyohi County Minnesota. He was 27 and she was 19.
